President Tinubu receives Senate leadership on sallah homage visit in Lagos
President Bola Tinubu on Thursday received the leadership of the Senate at his Lagos residence as part of the Eid el-Kabir celebrations.
The delegation was led by Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, and included Deputy Senate President, Jibrin Barau, Senate Leader Opeyemi Bamidele, Senator Solomon Adeola, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, Senator Sunday Karimi, Senator Jibril Isa Echocho and other senators.

The visit was disclosed by the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, Olusegun Dada, in a post shared on his X account on Thursday.
He wrote, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu received the Senate leadership in an audience during their Sallah homage visit to him in Lagos.
The delegation was led by Senate President Godswill Akpabio and included Deputy Senate President Jibrin Barau, Senate Leader Opeyemi Bamidele, Senator Solomon Adeola, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, and other senators.”
