“President Tinubu’s rescue of the Oyo school children has starved you of political propaganda—admit it and stop masquerading as a patriot,” former Atiku Youth Wing DG hits at Atiku
….Says President Tinubu is a “National Hero”
Former Director General of Atiku Youth Wing and now Director-General of The Bridge for Renewed Hope, Hon. Rowland Odih, has criticised former Vice President Atiku Abubakar over his reaction to the successful rescue of the abducted Oyo school children and teachers.
According to Hon. Rowland, rather than commend the security agencies and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the successful operation, Atiku chose to play politics with an issue that should unite all Nigerians.
“President Tinubu’s successful rescue of the Oyo school children has starved you of political propaganda. Admit it and stop masquerading as a patriot. Every well-meaning Nigerian should be celebrating the safe return of the victims instead of searching for political advantage,” Hon. Odih said to Atiku.
In a statement made available on Tuesday by the media office of The Bridge for Renewed Hope, Hon. Rowland stated that the rescue operation demonstrated the Federal Government’s commitment to protecting lives and improving national security under President Tinubu’s leadership.
“The rescue of the children is a victory for Nigeria, not for any political party. It is a testament to the dedication of our security agencies and the leadership of President Tinubu as Commander-in-Chief. President Tinubu deserves commendation for prioritising the safety of Nigerians,” he added.
Hon. Rowland described President Tinubu as “a national hero” whose decisive leadership continues to strengthen the country’s security architecture and restore public confidence.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has once again shown courage and commitment in the protection of innocent Nigerians. He is a national hero whose leadership is yielding tangible results in the fight against insecurity.”
He urged Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and other political leaders across party lines to rise above partisan interests whenever national security is involved and support initiatives that promote peace, unity, and the protection of citizens.
Hon. Rowland also called on Nigerians to continue supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu and to remain united in the collective effort to build a safer and more prosperous nation.
