Prof. Izam Commended Jos East Citizens for Peaceful Campaigns and LG Election.

The Former Vice Chancellor, of the Plateau State University, Prof. Yohana Daniel Izam, has express his satisfaction with the process of peaceful conduct of the local Government Elections in his unit and Jos East Local Government as a whole.

The Professor made the Commendations at his polling unit in Tere,after he exercise his franchise.

According to him,contrary to the initial fears,I think we most give kudos to PLASIEC,as you can see,the election is going on here very smooth and peaceful,the people are also fully mobilized and everybody is exercising his civic responsibility.

We hope the process will end like this.

Prof. Izam attributes the increase on the number of voters to the increase in age and statistics of voters.

Im optimistic that very soon,this unit will be divided into two so that no one will be disinfranchised.
