Ramadan: Braimoh Sends Heartfelt Congratulations to Kogi Muslims
Otunba Olayinka Braimoh, the Action Alliance Party (AA) candidate for the 2023 gubernatorial election in Kogi State, has conveyed warm wishes to the Muslim community in the state as they begin the Ramadan fasting period, urging them to allow the spirit of this holy month to shape their daily lives.
“My family and I send our sincere greetings to all Muslims in Kogi State as Ramadan commences. It is important to remember that this time is not merely about abstaining from food and drink during the daylight hours—it is a period for deep spiritual reflection, prayer, and acts of generosity. This spirit should motivate us, not just for the coming month, but throughout our entire lives,” he remarked.
He added, “Don’t you think our conditions would be greatly improved if our leaders in the state adhered to the tenets of this sacred month? It is a time for introspection for all of us. May the holiness of this season bring the much-needed love and prosperity to our cherished state,” he concluded.
