The Church according to Rev. Timothy,is the agent of God , to be the agent of God,you must be holy and follow God’s instructions and your spiritual life must be sound before you will qualify to be a peacemaker.
He gave five reasons why the Church Should be the Agent of Peacemaker.
First, The Church represents Christ in the world according tothe book of John 14:25,the Church should pursue reconciliation within and in the society.
There must be justice in the Church.

The second reason is that the Church should live in Peace with one another, Romans 12:16-18.
The Reverend decried Tribalism, Conflicts and hatred as the banes of Development in COCIN,he also read from the book of Matthew 3:24-25,if the Kingdom or House that is divided against itself, cannot stand.Romans 12:19, Ephesians 4:32.
Thirdly, the Church should be the light of the world.
In the Book of Mathew 5:14-16,John 5:13,we are in the world but we are not of the world.
