Reps Member Pays Homage to Traditional Ruler.

Ada Agwom Emmanuel Ajik, the esteemed 2nd class Chief of Jos North, graciously hosted the Honourable Member of the Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency, Hon. Daniel Asama Ago, and his campaign team at his regal Lamingo Palace on Monday, February 12th, 2024. This gathering marked a significant “Thank You Visit” wherein Hon. Daniel Asama Ago sought the esteemed Chief’s fatherly blessings as he commenced his duties representing the constituency in Abuja.

The purpose of this strategic visit was twofold: to express gratitude to the Afizere nation for their unwavering support throughout the electoral process and to seek blessings and guidance from the traditional rulers. Hon. Daniel Asama Ago expressed heartfelt appreciation for the Afizere community’s steadfast backing before, during, and after his successful election bid.

During the visit, Hon. Daniel Asama Ago conveyed his profound gratitude to the traditional leaders for their prayers and support during his campaign and subsequent victory. He emphasized the importance of their continued prayers and guidance as he undertook the responsibility of representing the people of the constituency. Furthermore, he pledged to uphold the principles of good governance and assured the traditional leaders that he would remain committed to fulfilling his duties with diligence and integrity.

In his closing remarks, Hon. Daniel Asama Ago reiterated his commitment to remain connected with the community, promising to regularly return home to seek counsel and feedback.
