RT. HON. (DR) JAMES ABIODUN FALEKE IN CONJUNCTION WITH DOCTORS ON THE MOVE AFRICA: PROVISION OF FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH IN KABBA, KOGI STATE.

A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH

In a significant initiative to enhance healthcare access for underserved communities, a free medical outreach will be held from November 18th to 21st, 2024, at the Kabba Specialist Hospital, Kabba Kogi state

This outreach is organized in conjunction with Doctors on the Move Africa and facilitated by the Rt. Hon.(Dr) James Abiodun Faleke, Chairman of the Federal House of Assembly Committee on Finance.

This outreach aims to provide comprehensive medical services at no cost to all residents of Kabba in the Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area.

The event seeks to offer essential healthcare services to vulnerable populations, addressing their medical needs and improving overall community health.

Key services provided during the outreach will among others would include: General medical consultations, Surgical interventions (Major and Minor Conditions), health screenings and assessments, immunizations and vaccinations, maternal and child health services, chronic disease management and health education and awareness programs

This commendable initiative reflects a strong commitment to social responsibility and community welfare. By eliminating the cost of healthcare services, Hon Faleke aim to reach those most in need and provide much-needed support for their health challenges.

“We recognize the critical need for accessible healthcare in our communities, and this outreach is our way of giving back and supporting our people,” said Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke.

“We encourage everyone in the Kabba, Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area to take advantage of this opportunity to receive free medical care.”

The outreach will feature a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and volunteers, who are committed to delivering high-quality medical care.

All Kabba community members are encouraged to participate in this life-enhancing event.
