The Government of Saint Petersburg, Russia, has announced plans to sponsor 100 students from Niger State to study the Russian language. This was disclosed by the Governor of Saint Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, during a meeting with Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, and other state officials.
