Sen. Karimi Completes N300m, 288-Seater Modern Digital Learning and Test Centre at Titcombe College Egbe
The efforts of Sen. Sunday Steve Karimi, Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, to make a lasting impact on the lives of his constituents seem boundless.
Recently, he completed a 288-seater Modern Digital Learning and Test Centre, popularly known as a CBT centre, at Titcombe College Egbe in Kogi State.
This institution, established in 1961 by missionaries, has produced notable Nigerians.

The modern CBT Centre, built in partnership with the Titcombe College Egbe Old Students Association (TCEOSA), features state-of-the-art facilities, including: 288-seater CBT Centre, Equipped with fast, wide-screen laptops (core i5) in private cubicles and a big screen display (Smart TV) for non-examination use.
A 500-seater capacity chapel Can be used as an awaiting area during examinations.
There is Security features like CCTV monitoring facilities and a security fence within the school premises.
There is also Male and female conveniences with running water, high-speed internet, and ample ventilation.
A 40KVA sound-proof diesel generator and an inverter with 90 solar panels (40.5 KW) and Water treatment plant t ensure clean and portable running water.
Sen. Karimi’s initiative aims to reduce the need for secondary school students from Egbe and adjoining local governments to travel to Lokoja or Ilorin to register and write CBT examinations, particularly JAMB.
The Senator emphasized that the facility, which cost over N300 million, is a promise he made to the people.
He thanked TCEOSA for their initiative and partnership in bringing the project to completion, while date of commissioning will be announced later
