Senator Sunday Karimi for Legislative Excellence Award as Exposure Media Holds 14th Annual Lecture Tomorrow
Senator Sunday Karimi, representing Kogi West Senatorial District, will be honoured tomorrow, June 23, 2026, with the _Award for Legislative Excellence and Distinguished Icon of Grassroots Development and Nation Building_ at the 14th annual lecture and award ceremony of The Exposure Newspaper.
The event, themed “Capitalizing On Credibility: How Transparent Governance and Electoral Integrity Drive Economic and Education Prosperity. The Nigerian Example”, will hold at the National Merit House, Maitama, Abuja.
According to the media outfit, Senator Karimi was selected by its award team for his contributions to Kogi State, especially Kogi West. His key achievements include a N1.24 billion water project, construction of a military base in Egbe, Yagba West local government, massive road construction/repairs, youth empowerment, scholarship programmes, and sponsorship of over 15 bills.

Other dignitaries from across all sectors in Nigeria will also be honoured at the epoch-making event.
The event will feature presentations by scholars, policymakers, and industry experts on governance and education.
The Exposure Newspaper will also launch a ₦150 million podcast studio and its completed office complex in Abuja.
