Special Adviser on Political Matters, Hon Jethro Funsho Oni Condole Governor Usman Ododo over Father’s Demise
Kogi State Government’s Special Adviser on Political Matters, Hon. Surv. Jethro Funsho Oni, MNIS, also known as “ChopChop,” has condoled with Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo over the passing of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo, at 83.
In a heartfelt tribute, Hon. Oni described the loss of a father as one of life’s greatest sorrows, acknowledging the deceased as a source of guidance, wisdom, and strength for his family and community.
Hon. Oni praised the late Alhaji Ododo for living an impactful and exemplary life marked by integrity, humility, and dedication to raising children who uphold his values.

He noted that the governor’s father lives on through his enduring legacy and Governor Ododo’s leadership, which continues to inspire many.
The Special Adviser prayed for Allah’s mercy on the departed soul, granting him eternal rest in Aljanah Firdaus.
He also wished Governor Ododo and the entire Ododo family fortitude, comfort, and peace to bear the irreparable loss.
