3 people including 8 year old kidnapped in Odo-Ape regain freedom

The three people kidnapped in the Odo-Ape community in the Kabba-Bunu local government area of Kogi State on the 25th of November 2024, has regained their freedom and is back home.

According to information made available to our media by their family members, the Kidnapped victims were released early this morning after the ransom was paid but did not disclose the amount.

Mr Aiyegboka Joshua, Aiyegboka Temitope, Victory Olorunmowaju has since rejoined with their family

The other two brothers were kidnapped on their family land located in Aluju, Kakun community area, yet to be released.

Meanwhile, one of the suspected kidnappers was gunned down yesterday evening in Odo-Ape when they tried to strike to abduct their intended victims but was not lucky enough to return alive, his corpse has since been deposited in the morgue by the police in Kabba
