90% Students of Confluence International Academy Score Above 200 in 2023 JAMB

90% of students of Confluence International Academy, Lokoja, scored above 200 marks in the 2023 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board Examination.
The Principal of Confluence International Academy, Mr. Obadiah Yakubu Amesa, made the disclosure at
12th PrizeGiving/Graduation ceremony of the school, held at Gadumo Lokoja LGA today, said Muhammad Muzzamil, the Head Boy of the school, joined the class of JAMB leading students in the country with the score of 312 points.
The Principal equally added that Neemat Muhammad, Marzooq Kabiru also scored 285 and 265 respectively in this year’s JAMB examination.
Obadiah described the feat achieved by the school as a testament of continuity, solid foundation laid for the students who started learning in the school, Integrity and discipline.
The Principal expressed appreciation that the ex-students of the school are making waves academically in their various higher Institutions both in Nigeria and abroad, revealed that Education that lacks Integrity and discipline is dangerous to society
The vision of CIA according to the Principal is to attain academic excellence, application of wisdom and integrity that will enable every child become effectively relevant in changing the world.
The mission of the school he added is to provide a conducive learning environment in which every child has the opportunity to make use of his/her mind for sound decisions in all areas of human endeavor.

At primary school level, the Principal of CIA disclosed were involved in various academic programs ranging from inter class quiz competition to spelling bee and debate. These the Principal explained have greatly increased their level of creativity, positive thinking and boldness.
CIA the Principal maintained has continued to record 100% outstanding performance, in the First School Leaving Certificate Examination have continued to be outstanding.
The school he added has introduced CCTV cameras to Classes and environment at Gadumo,said it will to
insecurity that overtime have created fear in the mind of parents.
In addition to infrastructural and physical development, additional modern school furnitures are been put in place both at the nursery, primary and secondary schools to enhance comfortable learning for our children.
The school the Principal stated has also procured and put in place a weather station at the secondary school Jimgbe to further promote the learning standard of the students in area of weather and climate and create more awareness on the adverse impact of weather and climate and how to mitigate disaster associated with extreme weather events.
While pointing out that the achievements of CIA is driven by the strong sense of commitment of the workforce from top to bottom, said the school is never tired of pioneering innovations in both academic and leadership fronts.
In order to bring the high standard of academic program closer to parents, CIA will continue to run JSS1 to SS1 at Gadumo, added that the Science Laboratory is fully equipped to cater for the science students in SS1.
