APC Gwagwalada Chapter Affirms Alhaji Usman Yahaya as Flag Bearer for 2026 FCT Area Council Poll.

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Gwagwalada Chapter, has affirmed Alhaji Usman Yahaya as the party’s flag bearer for the 2026 FCT Area Council polls.
Announcing the affirmation after the APC primaries in Gwagwalada, Abuja, the Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Alhaji Shafi’u Duwan, declared Alhaji Usman Yahaya the winner as the consensus candidate of the party in the area.

Alhaji Duwan appealed to other aspirants who participated in the primaries to support the party’s efforts to ensure success in the forthcoming election.
Alhaji Usman Yahaya, in a press address, expressed gratitude to all party members for selecting him as their candidate during the primaries.
Yahaya called on faithful party members to unite and work together for the party’s success, emphasizing that disunity would create opportunities for external factors to influence party decisions.
The APC Gwagwalada Chapter Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Baba, commended party members for conducting peaceful primaries.
With this development, Alhaji Usman Yahaya is poised to lead the APC in the 2026 FCT Area Council polls, and his ability to unite the party will be crucial to the party’s success.
