APC Yagba East Chairman, Abdurazaq Abdulkadir, Announces Burial of Father

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State, Hon. Abdurazaq Olusegun Abdulkadir, has announced the burial arrangements for his late father, Deacon (Prince) David Lamidi Kadiri.
In a statement made available to friends, associates and well-wishers, Hon. Abdulkadir invited them to join the family in paying their final respects to the deceased and committing his remains to the earth.

According to the APC chairman, the burial ceremonies are scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 1, and Friday, October 2, 2026.
He appealed to family friends, political associates, community leaders and well-wishers to honour the family with their presence and prayers as they mourn the passing of their beloved father.
“Your presence, prayers, and support during this difficult period will mean so much to our family,” he stated.
Abdulkadir expressed appreciation to everyone who had stood by the family during the period of grief, saying their support and solidarity had been a source of strength to the family.
He also prayed for God’s blessings upon all those who would identify with the family during the funeral ceremonies.
The late Deacon (Prince) David Lamidi Kadiri is survived by children, including Hon. Abdurazaq Olusegun Abdulkadir, and other members of the family.
The family therefore called on relatives, friends, associates and well-wishers to join them in giving the deceased a befitting farewell and offering prayers for the repose of his soul.
