Breaking: Federal High Court Abuja Affirms Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman as the candidate of APC
The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has affirmed the candidature of Ododo Ahmed Usman, as the dully elected Governorship candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress for November 11 Kogi State Governorship election.
The judge dismissed the case of Senator Smart Adeyemi on the ground that he couldn’t prove the allegations beyond reasonable doubt and all documents presented by the defendant showed primaries held validly.
