The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Michabifem Ventures Limited, publisher of Democracy Newsline Newspaper and Online blog, Chief Olugbemi Femi has felicitated with the pioneer Councillor in Otu Ward and former Secretary to Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area, Hon.
