CHIEF OWONIYI STEPHEN FEMI OMOGA CONFERS WITH HONORARY CHIEFTAINCY TITLE AS FIWAGBOYE OF AYERE KINGDOM

Hon. (Chief) Owoniyi Stephen Femi (Omoga) was today conferred with the honorary chieftaincy title, as FIWAGBOYE of Ayere kingdom by the community Traditional Council in Ijumu Local Government of Kogi State.
Hon Femi Omoga, at the ceremony attended by an array of dignitaries from within and outside Kogi state, was bestowed with the chieftaincy title Fiwagboye of Ayere Town.
While conferring the chieftaincy title, the Alayere of Ayere kingdom, His Royal Highness, Oba (Engr) Julius Olu Olumodeji said, the conferment was an acknowledgement of the Hon. Femi Omoga passion for his people across Kabba/Bunu Ijumu federal constituency.
The traditional ruler described Hon. Femi Omoga as a reliable man who deserved the honour, saying, the chieftaincy title “FIWAGBOYE” means someone of strong character that is dependable in all ramifications.
He said the traditional title is in recognition of his giant contributions to the community and humanity, urged him to continue in the light.
Chief (Hon) Femi Owoniyi, who double as AMULUDUN of Odo Ape, FIWAJOYE of Igbaruku and now FIWAGBOYE of Ayere land is excited about the honour, thanked Alayere of Ayere land and Ayere Traditional Council that deemed it fit to honour him like other communities.
He said the chieftaincy title is an added responsibility to him and pledged to continue to work round the clock in giving back to the people of the community in his own little way that will touch lives.
The newly conferred Fiwagboye of Ayere land has a proven track records in which the people of can attest to it.
“I am proud of him and wish him goodness in all his endeavours.
He is a good samaritan, as we can attest to it in today’s ceremony of Chieftaincy title given to him”
