Commissioner of Education, Wemi Jones commends Hon Idris Salman’s Initiative to empower the people
Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Hon Wemi Jones has commended the member representing Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Idris Salman on his initiatives to truly empower the people of the constituency with sustainable ways of alleviating the suffering of the people.
He disclosed this while addressing journalists shortly after the distribution of empowerment materials facilitated by the lawmaker to the people.
‘i am highly impressed with the kind of empowerment programs being championed by Hon Idris Salman to give tangible equipments like grinding machines, digital cameras and also training of 50 people in fish and poultry farming’ he said

He noted that such empowerment will go a long way to assist the people in alleviating their sufferings, stressing that his coming to the APC is a welcome development.
