Danjuma Azi Joins Nukpis Football Team, Urges Youths to Embrace Sports and Education
Hon. Danjuma Azi, former Member representing Jos North West Constituency and Liaison Officer to the Governor of Plateau State, has urged the youth of Nukpis to take football and education seriously.
Azi made the call during a football match organized by the community to conclude this year’s training. He pledged to bring in professionals to guide the team to excel.
PDP Chairman of Jos North, Hon. Elijah Azi Itsegok, also pledged support for the team, saying he will contribute morally and financially. “Let’s unite always,” he urged.
The Madaki of Nukpis, Baba Madaki Bitrus Kaze, advised the youth to mentor younger ones and cautioned against drug abuse and social vices .
The event showcased community spirit and teamwork, with leaders emphasizing the importance of sports and education for youth development .
