Delta Association of Waste Managers Embark on Screening, Verification of Members
In a bid to ensure a cleaner environment and effectiveness, the Delta State Association of Waste Managers, on Tuesday ( ASWAMA) embarked on a screening and verification exercise of its members.
The exercise tagged “Operation Show your truck/ Area of courage” which flagged off at Effurun, Headquarters of Uwvie Local Government Area is expected to be carried out across the State.
President of ASWAMA, Comrade Lucky Adjekuko and his State Executives explained that the exercise aligns with the M.O.R. E. Agenda of the State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori Sheriff.
According to them, the exercise is being carried out in conjunction with Delta State Management Board, headed by Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema.
