Distinguished Senator Sunday Steve Karimi’s Generous Gift to Kabba-Owe Land: A Testament to Leadership and Love for the People
By Hon. Tunde Akanmidu (ARISE)

The 2025 Kabba Day celebration will be remembered for many things—Unity, Culture, and the reaffirmation of our collective pride as Kabba-Owe sons and daughters.
Yet, among the highlights of the event, one moment stood out as truly historic: the magnanimous donation of ₦50 million by Distinguished Senator Sunday Steve Karimi, the People’s Senator and a beacon of selfless leadership.

Senator Karimi’s gesture was not just unprecedented, it was also more than an act of philanthropy; it was a demonstration of his deep-rooted love for the people of Kabba and his unwavering commitment to the development of Owe Land.
His generosity not only reflects his large heart but also reinforces the values of community, solidarity, and shared progress that have always defined our people.

As a proud Kabba-Owe Prince and Son of the soil, I, Hon. Tunde Akanmidu (ARISE), joins countless others in expressing profound appreciation to Distinguished Senator Karimi. Your support reminds us that true leadership goes beyond titles and political boundaries—it is about service, empathy, and giving back to the people who believe in you.

Long live Distinguished Senator Sunday Steve Karimi!
