Dr Folabora Bryhm to be Honored by Democracy Newsline Newspaper with Prestigious Award

The management of Michabifem Ventures Limited, publisher of Democracy Newsline Newspaper, is set to honor an Abuja-based business mogul and founder of Folabora Bryhm Foundation, Dr Folabora Bryhm, for his philanthropist gestures to the less privileged in society and humanity at large.
According to Chief Olugbemi Femi, Publisher and Chief Executive Officer, the award is based on the reports of a dedicated team of experts who conducted an opinion poll recommending Dr Folabora for the special recognition.

The prestigious award will be presented during the 15th Public Lecture and Award Ceremony scheduled to hold on August 26, 2025, at the Banquet Hall, National Merit House, Maitama, Abuja.
The program will commence with a red carpet at 5 pm, followed by the main event at 6 pm, and a dinner program.
The theme of the event is “The Role of Independent Media Organizations in Promoting Participatory Democracy and Good Governance in Nigeria.”
The event will feature guest speakers and key stakeholders from various sectors.
Additionally, the occasion will be used to launch a ₦100 million fund for the procurement of podcast studio equipment and the establishment of Democracy Newsline Newspaper Online Television.
