Easter; ICDA Felicitates Sons and Daughters, Calls for Steadfast, Sober Reflection

The Igala Cultural and Development Association, ICDA has congratulated sons and daughters of Igala nation, asking for sober reflection, timeless virtues of sacrifice, love, hope and redemption.
In message to mark the occasion released by the President, Comdr A.A. Abdullahi (Rtd) and issued by the National Public Relations Officer of the Association, Comrade Jonathan Jibrin on Sunday stated that it is an opportunity for sober reflection, unmindful of economic and social challenges confronting our communities and the nation.

While reassuring the people of high hope from the Easter message, far from despair, with high hope to overcome every obstacles, in peace , progress, unity and development.
He solicited for the strengthening of bond of brotherhood, renew our resolve towards cultural renaissance and sustainable development.

EASTER MESSAGE FROM THE IGALA CULTURAL AND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (ICDA)
“The leadership of the Igala Cultural and Development Association (ICDA) heartily extends warm Easter greetings to all sons and daughters of the great Igala nation, both at home and in the diaspora.”
“As Christians across the world commemorate Easter, this sacred season calls us to reflect deeply on the timeless virtues of sacrifice, love, hope, and redemption. Easter remains a profound reminder that no matter how dark the night may seem, the dawn of a new day will surely come.”
“For us as a people, this period offers an opportunity for sober reflection on the realities of our time. We are not unmindful of the economic, social, and developmental challenges confronting our communities and our nation at large. Yet, the message of Easter reassures us that despair must never define our future. our people shall overcome every obstacle that stands in the path of peace, unity, and progress.”
“The ICDA, therefore, calls on all Igala sons and daughters to remain steadfast in faith, united in purpose, and committed to the collective advancement of our land. ”
