The Distinguished Senator Garba Musa Maidoki, representing the good people of Kebbi South Senatorial District at the Red Chamber, warmly extends his heartfelt felicitations to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Executive Governor of Kebbi State, His Excellency Dr. Nasiru Idris, the revered Royal Highnesses across Kebbi State, and the entire Muslim Ummah in Nigeria and around the world on the joyous occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
Eid al-Fitr marks the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan—a sacred period devoted to sacrifice, discipline, compassion, and spiritual renewal. Senator Maidoki emphasizes that the lessons of Ramadan should not end with the season but must be sustained as guiding principles for daily life, fostering unity, peace, and national development.
The Distinguished Senator calls on Nigerians, particularly the Muslim faithful, to use this auspicious occasion to promote harmony, tolerance, and mutual understanding across all communities. He notes that the true spirit of Eid lies in strengthening bonds of brotherhood, extending kindness to one another, and renewing a shared commitment to building a peaceful and prosperous nation.
Senator Maidoki also offers special prayers for Kebbi State and its environs, asking Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant lasting peace, unity, and progress. He prays for divine wisdom and guidance for all leaders at every level, and for continued stability and growth for Nigeria.
In his goodwill message, the Senator congratulates President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his steadfast leadership and commitment to steering the nation toward progress despite prevailing challenges.
He equally commends the Governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Nasiru Idris, for his dedication to the development and transformation of the state, describing his leadership as a source of hope and inspiration to the people.
“Eid al-Fitr is a time of reflection, gratitude, and renewal,” Senator Maidoki stated. “It is a moment to appreciate Allah’s blessings, to strengthen our faith, and to recommit ourselves to the service of humanity.”
Reiterating his unwavering support for the leadership at both federal and state levels, Senator Maidoki urges citizens—especially members of the APC family—to remain united and steadfast. He stresses the importance of collective effort, patriotism, and democratic participation as Nigeria continues its journey toward greater progress, particularly as the nation looks ahead with hope and determination.
The Distinguished Senator concludes by praying that the blessings of Eid fill every home with joy, strengthen the ties of unity among the people, and inspire a renewed commitment to building a better Kebbi State and a greater Nigeria.
