Eid-el-Fitr CELEBRATIONS:CP FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFUL, ASSURES OF ADEQUATE SECURITY MEASURES FOR A HITCH-FREE CELEBRATIONS
The Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Police Command, CP Bethrand C. Onuoha, psc (+), heartily felicitates Muslims on the occasion of the 2024 Eid-el-Fitr celebrations. He equally congratulated them for the successful completion of the fasting in the holy month of Ramadan.
The CP has orders for water-tight security across the State before, during, and after the celebrations. He further charged all the Divisional Police Offices as well as their Supervisory Area Commanders, Tactical and Operational Commanders to beef up security within their Area of Responsibilities and to ensure massive deployment of patrol Teams along the major highways and undercover operations to Black Spots, Flashpoints, and other Vulnerable criminal spots to nip in the bud all forms of crimes and criminality across the State, and to make sure that detection of crimes is prompt to serve as an effective deterrent to all criminals.

The CP reiterates the Command’s unwavering commitment to working in synergy with other Security Agencies as well as Critical Stakeholders in ensuring the safety of lives and property.
To this end, the CP urges the good people of the State to continue to collaborate with the Security Forces with prompt and credible information on the activities of criminals to curtail their acts.
