Elder GT Aliu @70, Kabba Development Union (KDU) Praises his Commitment to Youth Empowerment and Community Development

The Kabba Development Union (KDU), under the able leadership of its President-General, Emmanuel Bobinihi has commended DCG Gabriel Toba Aliu (rtd) on his 70th birthday anniversary, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the community’s socio-economic development.

Elder GT Aliu, a retired Deputy Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs has long been an exemplary figure whose efforts have transcended his official career.

The KDU acknowledges his unwavering dedication to creating opportunities for youth employment both during his years of public service and even in his retirement.

“Elder GT Aliu is truly one in a million,” President-General Emmanuel Bobinihi stated. “His consistent facilitation of jobs and mentorship for the youths of Kabba and neighboring communities has had a transformative impact on the lives of many young people. His efforts in empowering our youth align perfectly with KDU’s vision of sustainable development and community upliftment.”

The KDU emphasizes that job creation is a critical factor in social stability and economic growth. Elder Aliu’s proactive approach to ensuring that young people have access to meaningful employment opportunities has contributed significantly to reducing youth unemployment in the region.

This legacy of empowerment reflects not only his generosity but also a strategic understanding of development as a holistic process.

Beyond job facilitation, Elder Aliu’s contributions to infrastructure, education, and community welfare have been pivotal in positioning Kabba as a thriving and progressive community.

The KDU describes his role as instrumental in fostering unity and progress within Kabba and its environs.

“As a community, we celebrate Elder Aliu’s 70 years of life, a life marked by service, integrity, and selflessness,” the KDU declared. “His achievements remind us all that individual dedication can spark widespread community transformation.”

The Kabba Development Union calls on all members of the community, especially the younger generation, to draw inspiration from Elder Aliu’s example by committing to personal excellence, leadership, and active participation in community development.

The KDU extends best wishes for Elder Aliu’s continued health and happiness as he remains a beacon of hope and progress for Kabba and beyond.
