Engr. Bashiru Gegu Rejoices with Alhaji Shuaibu Audu on His Deployment As Minister For Steel Development.
The Kogi State Commissioner For Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr. Bashiru Gegu has sent a message of felicitation to the Minister designate from Kogi State, Alhaji Shuaibu Audu on his deployment by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, as Minister of Steel Development.
In a press statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, Engr. Bashiru congratulated the Minister on his deployment to the Steel Ministry, expressed his belief that Alhaji Shuaibu Audu will bring his midas touch to the Ministry in it revitalization.
“I have no doubt in my mind that the Nigerian steel sector is about to witness the long-awaited revamping with your deployment to the Ministry.
” Mr. President has no doubt place a round peg in the right hole. It is my sincere believe that your resourcefulness, energy, creativity and commitment to excellence, will make the steel sector under your watch experience unprecedented boom.”
The Commissioner expressed optimism that the long awaited take off of the Steel Sector long clamoured for would be realized now in Nigeria in no distant time.
Engr. Bashiru prayed for a successful stint for Alhaji Shuaibu Audu, in the Ministry, urged to bring his wealth of experience to bear in the sector, explaining that the Steel Sector remains pivotal if Nigeria is to achieve the goal of rapid industrialization, as contained in the Renewed Hope manifesto of Mr. President.
“The National Industrial Plan of Mr. President depends on a fully functional steel sector to drive the numerous industrialization programmes in the Renewed Hope manifesto for Nigerians.
” You have by this National assignment a frontline role to play in this regard. I am absolutely confidence that you will bring your wealth of experience to bear in developing the steel sector into one capable of meeting the industrial needs of Nigeria in the 21st century”.
The Kogi State Commissioner Congratulated the Minister, Nigerians, particularly the people of Kogi State that light has finally come at the end of the tunnel in the actualization of the technical advancement the nation has looked forward to and clamoured for over the years.
