FHA Launches 223 Units Renewed Hope Housing Estate in Abuja.

The Federal Housing Authority, FHA has inaugurated another set of 223 units housing Estate in Abuja known as ‘FHA Green City’ in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda, RHA of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu towards providing livable accommodation to ordinary Nigerians.
The ground breaking ceremony held on Wednesday at Wasa District of Abuja Municipal Council, AMAC contained Five hectares of expanse land in partnership with Green Pasture Homes , an indigenous estate developer in the country .
While addressing the gathering , The Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority, FHA Hon.Oyetunde Ojo promised to continue to open up both the seat of government and the 36 states aimed at providing a beffiting houses to the people .
Ojo promised to continue to initiate new projects and completed the old ones which led to the inauguration of Ajoda Housing Estate, Ibadan , Express View Housing Estate in Abuja inherited from the previous administration among many others.
The new Estate considering the palpable security situations in the country provided facilities like Schools, Security, Shopping Complex, Sporting Arena among many others .
The Managing Director maintained that the Renewed Hope Agenda, RHA housing estate has commenced construction in some states of the country, promising to spread across other states .
“This project comprises of 223 units of various house types carefully designed to meet contemporary housing needs while ensuring comfort, functionality, security, and environmental sustainability. ”
“It is made up of 80 units 2 – bedroom flats, 56 units of 3- bedroom flats, 35 units of 3-berdroom terrace duplexes and 45 units of 4 –bedroom terrace duplexes. Upon completion, the estate will stand as a model residential community that reflects the vision of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government under the leadership of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, which prioritizes housing as a critical component of national development.”
The 223 Housing Units contained all categories of houses to accommodate both high and middle class individuals.
The Managing Director was represented by Arc Ezekiel Nya-Etok Executive Director, Estate Services of the Authority.
In his remarks, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF , Senator George Akume assured that the present administration is determined to provide portable and accessible housing to all Nigerians not minding the extractions.
Highlights of the occasion included the symbolic foundation laying ceremony of the new Wasa district Estate in Abuja.
