Dr. Okowa’s early life was marked by a thirst for knowledge and a drive for excellence. He attended the prestigious Edo College in Benin City, where he demonstrated exceptional academic prowess. He later gained admission to the University of Ibadan, earning a degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) in 1981. His medical background laid a foundation for a career characterized by precision, empathy, and a deep sense of responsibility.
