Gov. Ododo committed to transforming Kogi State to enviable heights.

… media aide hails Kogi journalists for objective reportage
…Scores present administration high in one year

The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Media, Ismaila Isah, has described Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo as a selfless leader who is committed to transforming Kogi State to an enviable height.

This is as he commended working journalists in the State for their objective reportage since the administration came on board in 2024

While paying host to members of the federated chapel, Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ) on Sunday, Isah appreciated the federated chapel for their support towards the success of the present administration.

Isah argued that their continued synergy with the Government in projecting government policies to the world have made investors to troop into Kogi State to do business which will be of immense benefits to the People.

“This government has abolish the culture of project abandonment in our State. The present administration has completed various road projects started by the past administrations. The Government has built schools provide modern facilities in our health care and many more across the three Senatorial District of Kogi State.

On security, Isah said the present administration has taken the fight to criminals in their various hideout stressing that, many States are taking a clue from what Kogi State is doing to curb criminalities.

“Our neighboring States are looking towards the template of Kogi Government to address the issues of insecurities. The government is not giving up in ensuring that Kogi State remains the safest State in the Country”he stressed.

He added that Governor Ododo’s administration has improved the welfare package of the people through payment of salaries, pension, bursary, amongst others.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on media stressed further that Confluence University of Science and Technology, (CUSTECH) Osara, Kogi State University Kabba, Prince Abubakar Audu University, (PAAU), and other higher institutions in the State are now wearing a new look adding that, there is massive investment going on in this area to meet the Education need of the People.

According to him, the administration of Governor Ododo will set a template to revolutionalize the power sector to ensure that Kogi State has an uninterrupted power supply to boost productivity and improve the economy of the State.

He urged the People of Kogi State to give their support for the present administration to succeed.

Responding, the Chairman of federated chapel of NUJ, Mike Abu scored the present administration high adding that members of the federated chapel remains committed in promoting the policies of Government to the grassroots.
