Group Passes Vote of Confidence on the APC, Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Durosinmi Meseko
A socio-political group, Kogi West Critical Stakeholders has passed a vote of confidence on Rt. Hon. Duro Meseko, the Deputy National Publicity Secretary and Member, National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), ahead of the National, States and Local Governments Congress of the party.
In a communique issued at the end of its Special Media parley held in Lokoja and signed by its leadership on Friday, 18th April, 2025, the group applauded Hon. Duro Meseko for his contributions to the progress and development of the party and his projects that have not only touched lives but brought a fresh wave of dividends of democracy to the state.
Describing Duro’s tenure as the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress as the ”Golden Era” of Leadership, the group highlighted several achievements of Hon Duro Meseko to include the facilitating of internal road networks in many villages across Kogi West, Scholarship for indigent students and payment of JAMB registration fees for the les-priveledge.
Helping members of the party to solve their immediate financial problems is also one of the many achievements of Hon. Duro Meseko. He often fill the gap for the needy. A Trusted Leader of the people with less attention to Class, Race and Religion.
It is on record that Hon. Duro Meseko Food Palliatives and Cash Donation to the Muslim Community in Lokoja/Koto Federal Constituency during the last Ramadan was very massive.
This kind gesture from the man of the people cannot be easily forgotten by the Beneficiaries.
While impressing on members of the group the need to pass a vote-of-confidence on Hon. Meseko, the Coordinator of the group, Mr. Austine Alaba Medaiyedu poured encomium on the Member of the National Working Committee of the APC during this festive season.
The Deputy Coordinator of the group, Mr. Babalola Thomas later moved the motion for a vote-of-confidence on Hon. Duro Meseko and it was duly seconded by Mallam Dahiru Olorunmola.
