PIUS KOLAWOLE EMERGES WINNERS OF KPWN YEAR 2025 AWARD OF EXCELLENCE FOR SERVING HUMANITY
Kogi Progressives Women Network (KPWN), an assemblage of politically conscious women working for the enthronement of good governance in Kogi State and beyond has concluded arrangements to bestore an Award of Excellence on some deserving personalities for their outstanding contributions to good governance and services to Humanity.
According to a communique issued by the Five members Award committee of the organization and made available to our reporter in Lokoja after their World Press Conference, the Awardees will be honored with souvenirs like Award Plagues, Award Certificate and a gold-plated Award Medal during the Award Presentation Ceremony slated for 6th December, 2025 in Lokoja, Kogi State.
*While Hajiya Onize Yakubu Adabenege will be honored as the Humanitarian Mother of Kogi State 2025, Hon. Sanni Egidi AbdulRahman (SEA) will be recognized as the Best Performing Federal Legislator in Kogi Sate 2025*

Hon. Dr. Dare Joshua, the ever performing Executive Chairman of Yagba East LGA, Hon. Obanewo Titus Femi (OTF), a leading Aspirant for Kogi State House of Assembly, Ijumu State Constituency, Hon. Mrs Patricia Balogun, the most loyal and supportive Local Government Vice Chairman, Mrs. Kikelomo Akande of Treasures Eatery, Hon. Chief Pius Kolawole, a special Adviser to Kogi State Governor, Hon. The 5-member Award Committee under the chairmanship of Mrs Funmilayo Olobayo did a thorough job to be able to arrive at the final list of year 2025 Awardees.
For the records, Kogi Progressives Women Network (KPWN) is an assemblage of Honest, Responsible and Politically conscious women working for the enthronement of good governance in Kogi State.
KPWN played a major role in the victory of Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo during the 2023 Governorship Elections in Kogi State.
Our core values are gear towards giving women the opportunity to realize their potentials. We are equally concerned with the condition of the less privilege in the society hence our quarterly empowerment visit to Ophanges Homes across the State, as well as our empowerment initiative for the Elderly people in the Society.
While congratulating all the Awardees for this special recognition, KPWN strongly believe that it will spur them to do more for humanity.
