Hajiya Ramatu Ibrahim Lauds President Tinubu Over Successful APC National Convention

The Director of Contact and Mobilisation for the City Boy Movement (CBM), North Central Zone, Hajiya Ramatu Ibrahim, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the successful conduct of the 8th National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Speaking with journalists at Eagle Square shortly after the conclusion of the convention, Hajiya Ramatu Ibrahim—who holds the titles Jaruma Matan Africa and Omi-Akele Atta Igala—described the event as peaceful and well-organized.
She noted that the smooth conduct of the convention reflects the clarity and direction of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda. Ibrahim, who is also the founder of Women in Focus, a grassroots advocacy group supporting the re-election of President Tinubu, emphasized that the outcome demonstrates the party’s unity and commitment.
While acknowledging the contributions of party members at all levels to the administration’s progress, she stressed the need for sustained efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections.
“All APC members and support groups must intensify their efforts to ensure the successful re-election of Mr. President and other candidates under the APC platform in 2027,” she stated.
She also praised members of the CBM Directorate for Contact and Mobilisation in the North Central Zone for their roles during the convention. Additionally, she congratulated newly elected members of the party’s National Working Committee and urged them to approach their responsibilities with urgency and dedication.
The convention, held at Eagle Square in Abuja, produced new party leadership, including Professor Nentawe Yilwatda as National Chairman and Ajibola Bashir as National Secretary. Other key officials include Mohammad Suleiman Argungu as National Organizing Secretary, Mary A. Idele as National Women Leader, and Dayo Israel as National Youth Leader, among others.
