Hajj 2025: Adamawa Outlines Hajj Registration Process, Fixes N8.2 Million Initial Deposit
The Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission has announced important updates regarding the Hajj 2025 registration process following an emergency meeting held by the Permanent Secretary and Executive Secretary of the Commission, Malam Abubakar Salihu. The meeting, which brought together local government Hajj schedule officers, focused on preparing for the upcoming pilgrimage.
Key among the announcements was the requirement for intending pilgrims to make an initial deposit of 8.225 million naira as part of their financial commitment. This deposit is critical for securing a place in the Hajj 2025 pilgrimage and reflects the level of preparation necessary for the sacred journey.
Malam Abubakar Salihu also directed the immediate commencement of the registration process across all local government areas in Adamawa State. Local government Hajj officers are expected to ensure a smooth and organized registration for all intending pilgrims in their respective jurisdictions.
Additionally, the Executive Secretary highlighted various important guidelines and key information that all intending pilgrims need to be aware of for a successful pilgrimage. He reiterated the Commission’s commitment to ensuring that every stage of the preparation for Hajj 2025 is handled efficiently.
