Harvest of Projects in Federal Housing Authority

The Federal Housing Authority, FHA under the leadership of Rt Honorable Oyetunde Olubunmi Ojo policy of not abandoning projects inherited from his predecessors and in alignment with Renewed Hope Agenda, RHA of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is yielding positive results , as the Authority has kept fate with the reactivation and simultaneously commissioning multiple projects, along with initiating new ones .
Two years down the line , the Chief Executive officer and Managing Director of FHA has also changed the operational , workings and welfare narration of the agency in line with his transformation program in recent times .

Ojo who assumed duty with a policy of providing an enabling environment for all thriving policies and programs has consolidated his drives half into the term at Federal Housing Authority, FHA.
Having commenced the process of acquisition of lands across the 36 states, Ojo has also initiated pilot projects of construction of multiple houses to the people of Akwa- Ibom and Kaduna state , with plan to also go round the 17 states to launch the new Renewed Hope Housing Program across the states with comprises of the six geopolitical zones this year , 2026.
Aside the Renewed Hope Housing Program across the states of the country, Ojo has set the ball rolling with the plan occupation of many hectares of land at Kabuso in the FCT for residents and other Nigerians going forward.
The development is bent towards the desire of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with providing affordable and accessible houses for ordinary Nigerians and opening up of rural areas along with creating job opportunities.
Ojo having settled down and laced with wealth of experience in all areas of public service consolidated with his legislative acumen , started the process of commissioning projects inherited from the previous leadership.
With the determination to end analogue activities in the Authority both at the headquarters and zonal offices , the Managing Director put in place an automation and digitisation process that brought to an end many years of manual activities, with the establishment of laboratory for examination of lands , it’s texture and suitability.
While matching his words with actions , he commissioned the Multi Billion Naira Express View Housing Estates phase 1 located at Lugbe in the nation’s city, with a standard shopping mall to guarantee the security of lives of residents and others in the community.
Not resting on its oars , Hon Ojo embarked on subsequent commissioning with opening of another multi million naira roads at Apo/Guzape estate of the Authority, construction of new gate at the festac town estate in Lagos , Ibadan among many others.
Rt Honorable Ojo also built and commissioned the Multi Billion Naira high brow new office of Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank FHAMB located on Gwarinpa estate within six months, and recently the largest and tallest Federal Housing Authority, FHA Mall,also located in the busy Gwarinpa estate both for official, commercial and entrepreneurial expansion.
With renewed vigour in the Renewed Hope Agenda, RHA of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, the Chief Executive officer of Federal Housing Authority is poised to also unveil the commissioning of the Multi Billion Naira, multiple housing estate in Bwari to serve the residents of FCT and across the country.
This is aside utilisation, reconstruction and rehabilitation of it’s major estates, offices across the country.
With the current trend and pace , it is obvious that the current management under the Rt Honorable Olubunmi Ojo will provide varieties of Renewed Hope Housing Estates across the country, to address the growing paucity of houses and the high rents prevalent in the country.
