Comrade Francis Obule, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, as she marks another remarkable year of grace, wisdom, and service to humanity.
In his congratulatory message, Comrade Obule described Her Excellency Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori as a beacon of hope, a pillar of strength, and an embodiment of compassion whose impact resonates deeply within Delta State.
