Hon. Comrade Francis Obule, SSA to the Governor on Political Matters, Congratulates Delta First Lady, Her Excellency Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on Her Birthday

Asaba, Delta State – The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor on Political Matters, Hon. Comrade Francis Obule, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, as she marks another remarkable year of grace, wisdom, and service to humanity.

In his congratulatory message, Comrade Obule described Her Excellency Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori as a beacon of hope, a pillar of strength, and an embodiment of compassion whose impact resonates deeply within Delta State. He praised her unwavering commitment to uplifting women, children, and the less privileged through her numerous humanitarian initiatives.

“Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, is not only the First Lady of our dear state but also a mother to all. She has consistently demonstrated selfless leadership, kindness, and a deep-seated passion for the welfare of the people. Today, we celebrate a woman of substance, a true virtuous leader, and a symbol of humility and grace,” Comrade Obule stated.

He further commended her for her role in advancing social development, particularly through her pet projects and empowerment programs, which have positively impacted the lives of many across Delta State. According to him, her initiatives in education, health, and women’s empowerment reflect her commitment to fostering a better and more inclusive society.

“On this special occasion, I join Deltans and well-wishers across the country in celebrating a rare gem. May God continue to bless Her Excellency with good health, wisdom, and divine favor as she continues to support His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, in the great task of building a stronger and more prosperous Delta State,” he added.

As the First Lady marks this new milestone, friends, family, and well-wishers from all walks of life continue to shower her with encomium, recognizing her as a woman of excellence and an epitome of grace.
