Hon. Femi Omoga Sympathizes with Governor Ododo on the Passing of His Beloved Father

Hon. Femi Omoga has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, and the entire Ododo family over the passing of the Governor’s father, the late Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo, who recently returned to his Creator at the age of 83.
In his message, Hon. Femi Omoga described the Governor as a leader he holds in the highest esteem and emphasized his deep affection and respect for him. He noted that the passing of a father is not just a family’s loss but also a collective loss to society, as fathers play a critical role in shaping character, instilling values, and guiding communities.
He prayed to Almighty Allah (SWT) to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased, reward his good deeds, and grant him eternal rest in Al-Jannah Firdaus. He further prayed that Allah grants the Governor, his immediate family, and the entire Ododo family the strength to bear this painful loss with faith and fortitude.
Hon. Femi Omoga encouraged the people of Kogi State to continue to rally around the Governor at this trying time, reminding all that moments of grief are eased when leaders feel the support, solidarity, and prayers of their people.
