Chief Mrs Ebun Joel is a leader that has never deviated from set goals, she exhibites the sterling qualities of a strong leader, brought optimism to the South East Yagba Women Development, provided effective leadership to the women fold in South East Yagba, established a culture of openness, checks and balances and gave dissenting voices full hearing.
He noted Chief Mrs Ebun’s pragmatic leadership and her abilities that help brought unity among the women of South East Yagba Development both home and disapora, SEYDA became one of the strongest women association in Yagba bringing together people from different walks of life who are indigent or associated to Yagba East by marriage, uniting diversity and promoting women in our society for great values.
“Your policies represented a very enlightened practical interpretation of the common saying that charity begins at home. You made indelible marks on the lives of the masses, by bringing the women of South East together, your love for development has propelled you in all you do and has brought rapid and almost even development to women even in their businesses, maintained communal harmony; through your commitment many women are established in small scale businesses”, he added.
