Honorable Engr. Sagir Ibrahim Koki, the esteemed member representing Kano Municipal Federal Constituency in Kano State, has proven to be a beacon of progress and development for his constituents.

Hon. Engr. Sagir Koki sponsored 20 females to study nursing at Nafisatu College Of Nursing Kwankwaso and also 10 female to study nursing sciences at Adamu Adamu College of Nursing, Azare.

Infrastructure Development

Recognizing the importance of accessible and well-maintained roads, he has spearheaded the construction of an extensive road network in the Zaitawa, Shahuci, Tudun Wazirchi, and Sharada wards. These roads have greatly improved connectivity within the constituency, facilitating easier movement of people and goods, thereby boosting local businesses and enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Understanding the critical need for access to clean water, Hon. Koki has undertaken the construction of boreholes across several wards, including Zaitawa, Kankarofi, Yakasai, and Tudun Nufawa. Furthermore, recognizing the importance of education and healthcare, Hon. Koki has sponsored 20 females to study nursing at Nafisatu College of Nursing, Kwankwaso, and 10 females to study nursing sciences at Adamu College of Nursing, Azare. This support has opened doors for these young women to pursue careers in healthcare, contributing to the overall development of the community.
Security Enhancements
Hon. Koki has also prioritized the security of his constituents. He has installed solar-powered street lights in Zaitawa, Shahuci Tudun Wazirchi, and Gandu wards, which have greatly improved visibility at night and enhanced security. Additionally, he has facilitated the installation of new transformers in Sharada, Gwangwazo, and Zango wards, ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to these areas.
Educational Support
Education is a key focus for Hon. Koki, and he has consistently supported students within his constituency. He has sponsored thousands of students to sit for the NECO exam, easing the financial burden on families and promoting higher education. Moreover, he has empowered both male and female youth with essential tools and equipment such as laptops, gas cookers, sewing machines, and painting equipment, equipping them with skills and resources for self-employment and entrepreneurship.
