“I WILL NOT ABANDON YOU ” EX-FIRS BOSS TELLS SUPPORTERS AS HE VISITS CONSTITUENCIES

Niger South Senatorial aspirant and former Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Muhammad Nami, has assured his teeming constituents that if elected as Senator representing Zone A in the forthcoming general elections, he will not abandon them. He gave this assurance during a meeting with party stalwarts in Agaie and Katcha Local Government Areas on Wednesday.

Addressing the stakeholders and supporters, Nami noted that he was not in the race to play politics of deception.
His words: “I am not seeking your votes to use you during elections and abandon them afterwards, or to seek your votes only to disappear after getting into office. I am also not seeking to occupy a seat in the Senate without touching the lives of the people or even making promises merely for political convenience. ”

He underscored his mission in politics by emphasising that,
“Politics must not be about deception, selfishness, or exploitation. Leadership must be about responsibility, compassion, and measurable service,” He said.
