IDRIS MILIKI SALUTES OMODARA AT BIRTHDAY: “A DAY FOR EVALUATION AND SERVICE TO HUMANITY”
Rights Group Boss Hails SSA Security’s Commitment to Protecting Kogi People
The Executive Director of Conscience for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution, Idris Miliki Abdul, has described birthdays as moments for “evaluation and stock taking” as he congratulated Comdr. Jerry Omodara (Rtd), Special Adviser on Security to the Kogi State Government, on his birthday.
In a goodwill message issued on Friday in Lokoja, Miliki said he was proud to be associated with Omodara “one way or another” in the difficult task of protecting and securing the people of Kogi State.
The statement reads:
“A birthday is a day for evaluation and stock taking as you celebrate another successful year of service to humanity. I am proud to be associated with you one way or another, in this difficulty of protecting and securing our people in the state.

Miliki commended the retired military officer for his sacrifice and commitment to peace and security in Kogi, noting that the security architecture of the state has continued to record stability despite national challenges.
He prayed for more years of strength, wisdom and service for Omodara, adding that his wealth of experience in security management remains an asset to the state.
Comdr. Omodara, a retired commander, currently serves as the Special Adviser on Security to the Kogi State Government and has been at the forefront of the administration’s efforts in community policing, intelligence gathering and inter-agency collaboration.
Rights groups and stakeholders across the state have continued to send in birthday felicitations to the security chief.
