Igalamela Odolu Transition Chairman Teams Up with Civilian JTF to Bolster Local Security

In a bid to fortify security measures within Igalamela Odolu Local Government, Transition Chairman Hon. Barrister Cosmas Ilemona Atabor convened a crucial meeting with a delegation from the Civilian Joint Task Force (JTF).

The discussion, held in the Chairman’s office, centered on the proposal for collaborative efforts between the JTF and government security agencies aimed at enhancing security across the local government area.

Representatives from the JTF, alongside the Transition Chairman, delved into strategies for joint action to safeguard the lives and properties of residents.

Emphasizing the paramount importance of community security, the Transition Chairman reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety of the populace.

During his address, the Transition Chairman underscored the necessity of cohesive cooperation with the JTF, recognizing the collective responsibility in maintaining peace and order within the local government.

This collaborative endeavor mirrors the proactive approach of the government in tackling security challenges and fostering a secure environment conducive to all residents.

In a separate engagement, the Transition Chairman reiterated his administration’s dedication to education during a courtesy visit by the Students Union Government (SUG) of the Federal Polytechnic Idah.

He pledged comprehensive educational support for pupils and students within the community, highlighting the importance of investing in the future generation.

Expressing gratitude for the SUG’s visit, the Transition Chairman assured them of his steadfast support in their educational pursuits, signaling a concerted effort towards holistic community development.
