Kogi State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism Hon. Salicu Isah Idachaba has congratulated the Ececutive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alh. (Dr) Yahaya Adoza Bello (CON) on the occasion of his 48th birthday anniversary celebration.
In his word, the Honorable commissioner said
