KOGI POLY RECTOR COMMISERATES WITH HON. ASIWAJU IDRIS ASIRU ON THE PASSING OF HIS BELOVED FATHER
The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Academic Board, staff and students, commiserates with the Honourable Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, Hon. Asiwaju Idris Asiru, on the painful loss of his beloved father who has returned to his Creator.
The Rector notes that the passing of Baba is indeed a great loss but takes solace in the fact that he lived a fulfilled and impactful life, anchored on faith in Almighty Allah (SWT), love for family and commitment to the service of humanity.
He prays that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings, accepts his good deeds and grants him Al-Jannatul Firdaus.

He further prays that Allah strengthens Hon. Asiwaju Idris Asiru, the entire Asiru family and all loved ones to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude and faith.
