Kogi SDP State Treasurer Dumps party, Declares for APC, says she cannot afford to fail

Ahead of the November 11 Governorship election in Kogi state, the State Treasurer of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Mrs. Idowu Omolehin has dumped her party to declare for the governing All Progressives Congress, stressing that she cannot afford to failed.

According to her, she is ready to work with other stakeholders of the party to win Odolu ward in Kabba-Bunu local government area of the state for the APC.

The event brought together prominent APC stakeholders and newly-minted party members, signifying a potentially game-changing moment in the region’s political landscape.

The gathering was graced by the presence of esteemed individuals who have been dedicated to the growth and progress of Odolu Ward. Among the notable figures in attendance were:

Hon. Smart Adekunle: The Councillor of Odolu Ward.
Hon. Sunday Eyiolorunpe: Ward Chairman.
Mrs. Folashade Jimoh: Women Leader.
Engr. SB Bello: Leadership Representative.
Hon. Jide Oluyori: Ward Secretary.
Hon. Obayomi.
Hon. Star Obamoh.
High Chief Basil Adekunle.
Hon. Boluromi Immanuel.
Hon. Gabriel Ojo.

These stakeholders, along with many others who have joined the APC from various political backgrounds, came together to extend their warm welcome and support to Mrs. Idowu Omolehin and her associates.
