KW-TAKREP Celebrates Senator Steve Sunday Karimi on His Birthday
The Kogi West for Tinubu and Karimi Reelection Project (KW-TAKREP) has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Distinguished Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Steve Sunday Karimi, describing him as a bold, courageous, and intellectually sound parliamentarian whose representation has brought renewed pride to the district.
In a statement issued on Tuesday and signed on behalf of the group by Kogi clergy and activist, Stanley Omoniyi Ajileye, the group praised Senator Karimi for his exceptional leadership, unwavering commitment to justice and equity, and his remarkable contributions to national discourse at the Senate.
KW-TAKREP noted that Senator Karimi’s tenure has significantly amplified the voice of Kogi West on the national stage, while restoring the confidence of the people in purposeful and people-oriented representation.
“Distinguished Senator Steve Sunday Karimi has consistently demonstrated courage, clarity of purpose, and deep intellectual capacity in the discharge of his legislative responsibilities. His bold defence of the interests of Kogi West and his unwavering advocacy for fairness and development have set him apart as one of the finest representatives the district has ever produced,” the statement read.
The group further acknowledged his consistency in championing issues that promote equity within Kogi State and beyond, noting that his leadership has continued to inspire hope among the people.
KW-TAKREP prayed that God would grant the senator greater wisdom, sound health, and renewed strength to continue serving the people and contributing meaningfully to national development.
“As Senator Karimi marks another year, we celebrate his impactful leadership and reaffirm our confidence in his capacity to continue providing the purposeful representation that Kogi West deserves,” the group stated.
The organisation also reiterated its commitment to mobilising support for the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Karimi, describing both leaders as partners in the ongoing effort to deepen development, equity, and good governance for the people of Kogi West and Nigeria at large.
