LG commissioner lauds Gov. Ododo over payment of leave bonus to civil servants in Kogi

An APC stalwart in Ajaokuta Local Government Area and a Commissioner in the Local Government Service commission, Hon. Abdulraheem S. Okekenu, has commended the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for the prompt Payment of leave bonus to civil servants in the state.

In a statement made available to Journalists in Lokoja, the commissioner noted that the Governor’s leadership and commitment to the welfare of the workers in the state have not gone unnoticed.

He stressed that this gesture is a testament to Governor Ododo’s dedication to their well-being, saying this is commendable.

“Your Excellency, I would like to commend your administration for the timely payment of leave bonuses to civil servants in Kogi State. Your leadership and commitment to the welfare of the workers in the state have not gone unnoticed, and this gesture is a testament to your dedication to their well-being.

“The payment of leave bonuses will go a long way in boosting the morale of civil servants and providing them with some financial relief during these challenging times.

“Your proactive approach to addressing the needs of the workforce is truly commendable and sets a positive example for other states to follow.

“Thank you for your continued efforts to improve the working conditions and welfare of civil servants in Kogi State. Your Excellency, your commitment to the well-being of the people of Kogi State is appreciated and applauded.
