Ministry of Steel Development to hold National Steel Summit, 16 & 17 July with the theme: “Rebuilding and Consolidating Nigeria’s Steel Industry

The Ministry of Steel Development as part of its ongoing efforts to rebuild and unlock the Nation’s Steel potentials is hosting it’s maiden National Steel Summit 2025 with the theme: “Rebuilding and Consolidating Nigeria’s Steel Industry: Collaborative Action for Sustainable Growth and Global Competitiveness”.

This landmark event, directly inspired by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, is a crucial step in repositioning the Steel Industry as the cornerstone of Nigeria’s industrial growth and economic resilience.

The Summit aims to bring together key stakeholders to critically evaluate the state of the steel industry, explore investment opportunities, identify policy and infrastructure gaps, and adopt a consensus roadmap for the revival and sustainable development of Nigeria’s steel sector.
