Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris commended the success recorded in the first summit which brought together Okun sons and daughters irrespective of different political affiliations and beliefs. He appreciates the present efforts geared towards the convocation of the second edition in view of the expected outcomes as it affects Okunland and its people.

“By the grace of God, I will support this quest with my time and resources to make the set goals a reality “, he pledged.

Addressing concerns about negative reactions to the Summit, MAAI urged the organizers not to be discouraged. “Not everyone will agree with every initiative,” he stated, “but success will ultimately inspire others to join the cause.”
Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris expressed his appreciation for being found worthy as one of those to pilot the cause to achieve success.

The 2ndr Okun Summit is expected to bring together prominent figures from the Okun region to discuss key issues and chart a path for the future. MAAI’s endorsement serves as a powerful signal of support for the initiative and its goals.
